Shipping & Returns

At Cloud Nine Clothing, we offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Here are the details regarding our shipping policies:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. All orders made on a Friday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

  2. Standard Shipping Rates: For all orders across New Zealand we offer a flat rate of $5.00NZD with standard tracked shipping.

  3. All orders across Australia have a flat rate of $16.00NZD also with standard tracked shipping (Approximately $14.88 AUD).

  4. Shipping Timeframe: Standard shipping within New Zealand usually takes between 3-10 business days. International shipping may take longer, depending on the destination, however, we will aim to get your products to you as soon as we can from the time your order is placed and payment is made. Please note that all orders are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

  5. Shipping Providers: We partner with reliable courier services and NZ Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

 

Pre-order Policy:

Some of our products will be available for pre-order. Please note the following details about pre-orders:

  1. Pre-order Duration: Pre-order items will be clearly labeled on our website. The estimated shipping times for pre-order items is approximately 30-40 business days from the date of purchase although we aim to get your order to you sooner where possible. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and subject to change due to varying circumstances.

  2. Payment for Pre-orders: Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of purchase to secure your order.

  3. Order Fulfilment: Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available. If you wish to receive the available items first, please place separate orders.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cloud Nine Clothing. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our returns policy:

  1. Return and Exchange Eligibility: We accept returns  and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our team at Info@cloudnineclothing.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is a defective item.

  4. Return Address: Please ship your return items to the address provided by our team at Info@cloudnineclothing.co.nz. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and obtain a shipping receipt as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  5. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. If approved, the exchange or refund will be processed, and a credit for refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Info@cloudnineclothing.co.nz. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
