Return Eligibility: All items upon return must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless defective), and are returnable within 30 days of delivery.

Initiating a Return: Contact us at Info@cloudnineclothing.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We will then be able to provide you with further return instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are required to cover return shipping costs, unless issues with the product are our error or it is defective.

Return Address: Returned items will need to be shipped to the address provided by our team. Use a trackable service and retain the shipping receipt.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used or a nominated bank account.

Exchanges: Unfortunately we don't offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process, then place a new order for the desired item.

For Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us at Info@cloudnineclothing.co.nz immediately for prompt resolution.

Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. All orders made on a Friday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Standard Shipping Rates:

For all orders across New Zealand we offer a flat rate of $8.50NZD with standard tracked shipping. For all orders from the Wellington, Hutt Valley, Kapiti Coast, and Porirua areas we offer a flat rate of $5.00 for local delivery. All orders across Australia have a flat rate of $16.00NZD also with standard tracked shipping (Approximately $14.88 AUD).

Shipping Timeframes:

Standard shipping within New Zealand usually takes between 3-10 business days. International shipping may take longer, depending on the destination, however, we will aim to get your products to you as soon as we can from the time your order is placed and payment is made. Please note that all orders are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
